My first experience with paper quilling was in 2000, and I started studying with Sakurai-sensei in 2003. After completing a basic course, I have continued to practise and take private lessons.

In 2007 I began teaching at a community group in Ichikawa, Chiba. I am available to teach in other locations throughout the Tokyo area.

I have exhibited my work biannually in Sakurai Taeko-sensei's students' exhibitions in Omotesando, and recently in Harajuku.

I have exhibited my work biannually, including The Japan Quilling Guild 5th Anniversary's exhibitions in Iidabashi in October, 2011.
